1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neurons.work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

Neurons.work provides self-serve software products, digital experiences, and related platform functionality. Certain features may require account registration and the purchase of digital credits.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
  • Use the Platform only if you are legally able to enter into these terms

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Digital Credits and Payments

Credit Purchases

  • Neurons credits are digital units purchased in advance for use inside ChemWhiz, Neurons Lab, Money Mentor, and Collapsibles.
  • Credits are delivered digitally to your account after successful checkout and payment processing.
  • Credits are not physical goods and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless we expressly support such a transfer.

Pricing

  • Current pricing is displayed on the Platform or during checkout.
  • Pricing may change prospectively for future purchases.
  • Supported products may consume credits at different rates depending on the feature used.

Refunds and Billing Issues

  • Neurons credits are non-refundable once purchased. This applies to both used and unused credits.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Receipts, tax documents, and chargeback handling are managed through Lemon Squeezy.
  • For billing questions or payment disputes, contact support@neurons.work.

Product Scope

  • Neurons sells digital products and digital credits through this Platform.
  • Neurons does not use this Platform to sell physical goods.
  • Neurons credit purchases do not include custom consulting, manual fulfillment, or bespoke service delivery unless stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the Platform beyond normal product functionality
  • Use automation to scrape, overload, or abuse the Platform
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform, including its software, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Neurons.work or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the Platform.

7. Product and Content Disclaimers

Some Platform outputs may be educational, informational, AI-assisted, or experimental. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, test scores, business outcomes, or the correctness of all generated output.

For topics such as finance, law, health, or other regulated areas, Platform content is informational only and not professional advice.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these terms, misuse the Platform, or create risk for other users or the business. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurons.work will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
