Refunds

  • Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Used credits are non-refundable

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Share account access with others
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Harass or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Neurons.work or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Content you create using our tools remains yours, subject to any license grants necessary for Platform operation.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Our content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific test scores or outcomes
  • Accuracy of AI-generated explanations
  • Suitability for professional certification

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurons.work shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Access to Platform features ends immediately
  • Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion
  • Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
