Neurons credit purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Receipts, VAT/sales tax handling, and chargeback processing all run through Lemon Squeezy.

Neurons.work is operated by a single person โ€” an independent developer with a background in chemistry, education, and software engineering. Every message sent to support@neurons.work is read and answered directly, not routed through a generic ticket queue.
